Work Methods
Over the years we have developed a structured method of working to ensure we provide a great product for our customers, every time we do a job.
There are four stages represented by the top line of the diagram below:
The first stage, writing, is by far the largest and probably accounts for around 70% of project time. It involves a period of research when we spend time with your product experts and we review any existing material; in some cases this can be recycled. followed by.
After the writing has been completed, we move into the Refine stage, where the work is reviewed, edited, tested and passed to our client for technical vetting.
Next, the project is signed-off and published.
Finally, the documentation should be maintained. (We see so many cases where documentation is not maintained and consequently fails.) A regular cycle of monitoring and gap analysis should be setup.
